Civil Air Patrol Aerospace/STEM Education Programs bring over 40 free fun and engaging products and programs to our members and to classrooms throughout the nation serving adults and youth in pre-K through 12th grades. At Mt. Airy Composite Squadron our senior members have a strong background in aviation and STEM which allows us to teach practical lessons on flying, rocketry, and aerospace. By inspiring in youth a love of aerospace programs, CAP develops tomorrow’s aviators, engineers, technicians, and entrepreneurs.
